If you'd like us to delete an audit, fill in the form. The email is required so we can confirm the request with you. The UUID is optional — leave it blank and we'll remove every audit associated with your email.

What happens next

• You'll get an email from [email protected] within 7 business days confirming the request was actioned.
• Once actioned, the audit row + criterion scores + screenshots are removed from our systems.
• If you submitted without a UUID, we'll list the audits we're about to delete in the confirmation email before we pull the trigger — so you can sanity-check.
